A Man Accused of Killing 18 Year Old
The
man accused of killing Reno resident Hailey Nieto, 18, was extradited to Washoe
County on Thursday morning. This man is named Todd Tonnochy, 39, and was
arrested at a Midland, Texas, motel at the end of March, just days after
Nieto's body was discovered off a dirt road in Cold Springs. The authorities
immediately discovered that Tonnochy was the main suspect and that he had fled
the area throughout the investigation. Tonnochy and a man with him were
arrested at the motel on March 28 by multiple agencies, including the US
Marshals, five days after Nieto was discovered dead north of Reno. Read
